• Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle to ensure proper service.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
• Any parts ordered on behalf of the customer must be paid for in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed unless a fault is found in the workmanship.

Warranty & Guarantee

• Repairs and parts supplied by DNA Automotive may come with a warranty, which will be discussed at the time of service.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper use, or customer-supplied parts.
